Cavalier Trail Park

Cavalier Trail Park features a beautiful walking trail with a creek that flows slowly alongside the park. Facilities at this park include:

This park is much smaller than Cherry Hill, but it still has many amenities that make up for the smaller size. Kids love the playground and running around the green grassy areas.

A new addition to the parks in the area, West End brings new attractions to the area. Wildflowers, beautiful trees, and newly planted shrubs are nice to enjoy as you walk through this park. Full of Greek Revival architectural style and a true relic of centuries gone by, the Cherry Hill Farmhouse is a beautiful place to visit. This 1845 building became the property of Falls Church in 1956 and was converted to a museum and historical building. While you’re visiting for a tour, you can find some gifts and fun items in their shop.

This farmhouse is connected to the Cherry Hill Park that we mentioned above.

Great Falls is situated right alongside the Potomac River, a small yet mighty national park site. This 800-acre park offers amazing views, beautiful hiking, and an experience that’s second to none.
