Here's What It Feels Like to Remodel With WISA

Transparent pricing, daily oversight, and communication that actually works. So you can focus on the finished product, not the process.

We Know What You're Worried About.
And We Built Our Entire Process Around It.

Remodeling is one of the biggest investments you’ll make in your home, and if you’ve heard the stories, you know why people hesitate. Budget overruns. Crews that disappear. Calls that go unreturned. Dust everywhere. A timeline that seemed reasonable until it wasn’t.

Those fears are real. They come from real experiences. And they’re exactly why we do things the way we do.

At WISA, every step of our construction process is designed to address those concerns before they ever have a chance to become your reality.

Luxury Results. Honest Process. One Team From Start to Finish.

We believe remodeling should feel personal, not transactional. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Your Project, Our Hands

Our 25 to 30 installers are WISA employees, and most have been with us for over a decade. That means the people who design your space are connected to the people who build it. There’s no game of telephone between subcontractors. Just one team, one standard, and Waris’s father on-site daily, making sure every detail is right.

Honest Numbers Before You Commit

We do the hard work upfront so there are no surprises later. That means opening soffits, verifying conditions, and taking final measurements before we ever put a contract in front of you. When we give you a number, it’s a fixed-cost agreement. What we quote is what you pay.

Designed Around the Way You Live

We know your days are full. That’s why we offer Zoom design meetings when you can’t make it to our design center, bring finish selections directly to your home, and send a personal Loom video before your first call so you already know the face and voice on the other end. Our process bends to fit yours, not the other way around.

We've Heard Every Concern. Here's How We Handle Each One.

We’ve heard it all. Here’s exactly how we handle the five fears that keep most homeowners up at night before they hire a contractor.

Fear:

"I'm worried the price will change after the project starts."

This is the number one reason homeowners delay pulling the trigger on a remodel. You get a number, you commit, and then the change orders start arriving. By the time it’s done, you’re tens of thousands over budget and feeling like you were misled from the start.

Our Solution

We price projects as fixed-cost whenever possible, and we do the work upfront to make sure that number holds.

Before a contract is ever signed, our team returns to your home to cut soffits, verify structural conditions, and confirm final measurements. We uncover the unknowns before they become your problem, not after.

And because 90% of our work is done by our own employees, not subcontractors, small field adjustments don’t automatically trigger change orders. Our crew finds solutions, not excuses to bill you more.

Fear:

"What if the project drags on for months and my home is torn apart?"

A timeline that slips isn’t just inconvenient, it’s disruptive to your family, your routine, and your budget. And most homeowners have no visibility into why it’s happening or when it will end.

Our Solution

Daoud personally manages the schedule for all 25–30 of our in-house installers. He is on-site nearly every day — not checking in from an office, but physically present and actively managing the pace of your project.

Before construction begins, you receive a detailed project timeline with milestones clearly mapped out. As the project progresses, daily logs are updated three to five times a week in BuilderTrend with photos and progress notes, so you always know exactly where things stand.

Fear:

"What if I can't get anyone on the phone once the project starts?"

Nothing erodes trust faster than silence. A contractor who goes dark mid-project leaves you anxious, frustrated, and wondering what’s really happening behind the drywall.

Our Solution

Before your project even begins, Waris sends a personal Loom video introduction so you already know his face and his voice before the first crew member arrives. It’s a small gesture that sets the tone for everything that follows.

Once construction is underway, Waris responds quickly via text and email, typically the same day. Proactive check-ins happen every two to three weeks to surface any questions or concerns before they have a chance to escalate. And for clients with demanding schedules, we adapt  with Zoom calls, at-home finish deliveries, and flexible communication formats mean you’re never left out of the loop.

Fear:

"How do I know the work will actually be done right?"

Bringing strangers into your home and trusting them to do quality work — especially behind walls you’ll never see — takes a leap of faith. Most homeowners have no way to verify that what’s hidden is built as well as what’s visible.

Our Solution

90% of the work on your project is performed by WISA employees — not subcontractors brought in off a list. Most of our crew members have been with us for over a decade. They know our standards because they’ve been building to them for years.

We pull permits on every project — including hall bathrooms, where many competitors skip that step entirely. Permits mean inspections. Inspections mean accountability. And accountability means the work behind your walls meets code, every time.

Temp walls during a remodeling project

Fear:

"Will my home be livable while the project is going on?"

Living through a remodel is stressful enough. The last thing you need is dust in every room, debris in the hallway, and a crew that treats your home like a job site rather than someone’s living space.

Our Solution

We treat your home with the same care we’d want for our own. Zip walls and drop cloths are installed at the start of every project and refreshed daily to contain dust and debris. For larger projects, we bring in a third-party cleaning company to deep clean the work area — and the whole home — when the job is complete.

When a project requires it, we go further. On one recent whole-home remodel, we set up a temporary kitchen so the family could keep cooking at home throughout construction. That’s the kind of thoughtfulness that doesn’t show up on a contract — but it makes all the difference when you’re living through it.

In Our Clients' Own Words
