WISA Design Build Remodel is a family-founded firm in Lorton, Virginia, and we have served Northern Virginia since 2011. Waris and Daoud Mojaddidi lead a team of 25 to 30 in-house craftsmen who handle 90 percent of every project.
We work differently than a typical contractor. The people who design your space are connected to the people who build it, so there are no subcontractor handoffs and no game of telephone. You get one team, one fixed-cost contract, and honest numbers before you commit.
Every project runs through our own Design Center, opens up existing conditions before the contract is written, and finishes with a 1-year labor warranty. We pull every required permit, even for the smallest scope, because we believe that is how it should be done.

Fairfax County is home base for WISA, with our headquarters and Design Center in Lorton. We design and build remodels across McLean, Vienna, Springfield, Burke, Fairfax Station, and Annandale, and we manage every permit and county inspection in-house.
