Four companies came to my home giving me suggestions and bids for my remodeling projects. The WISA bid was very competitive and after meeting with Daoud, the owner, and his son, Waris, in their showroom, we signed the contract.  We selected them for several reasons, each factor was equally important to me, price, work ethic, skill and the fact that I would be assigned a dedicated work crew and project manager.

We recently had our siding and trim done by WISA Solutions and would highly recommend them!  Their prices were fair and the quality of their work excellent.  We found WISA because they were in our neighborhood (Waverly Crossing,Chantilly )doing a complete remodel of a home just up the street. Everyday when I drove past that house I would admire the workmanship—my husband thought the same- as did our neighbors.  This is what prompted us to have our house siding and trim done after many years of simply contemplating it.  The guys who did the work are perfectionists with an eye for detail.  They were polite and unobtrusive and cleaned up every day before leaving! Needless to say, we will be calling on WISA again in the future for remodeling of our master bedroom and bath.  So happy (and relieved) to have finally found a company with people who are both honest and caring about the work that they do.  Many thanks to all of them!!

Since January 2015, WISA has completed several projects in my home, including finishing my basement, which included the addition of a full bathroom; building a patio; painting the entire interior of my house; and most recently remodeling an upstairs bathroom.  Over the course of these projects Daoud (WISA's owner), his son Waris, and their employees have been nothing but professional and extremely thoughtful.  Waris is exceptional at staying in communication, and was quick to respond to all of my questions/concerns throughout each job, this--for anyone who has undergone a home improvement project--is extremely important.  As for the quality of the work, everyone WISA has sent to my home has impressed me with his skill and work ethic, and I couldn't be happier with the results.  Anytime I had an issue, Waris and Daoud were quick to remedy it so that I was satisfied.  I would absolutely use WISA for any future remodeling job, and recommend them to friends and family.

WISA did a truly phenomenal job with our basement reno, transforming a frightening space into a truly beautiful living area.  From start to finish, they consistently exhibited professionalism.  Of all the contractors we consulted, they were the only to spot some potential moisture penetration issues, which we then remediated.  They proposed thoughtful solutions and were exceedingly patient throughout various stop/starts (completely unrelated to WISA's scope or delivery of work).  Their team was always prompt and exceedingly diligent, working 6 full days weekly to finish our project on time.  They were professional, polite, and cleaned the work areas daily.  They completed the project on time, and the finished space far exceeded our expectations - bright, modern, and exquisitely executed.  Everyone who has since seen it has commented on how amazing it looked and inquired as to who did the work, and we are proud to recommend WISA to all.  In addition to the quality,  WISA's responsiveness and ability to assess and address all issues - from electric to plumbing to carpentry to painting - was unmatched.  Daoud, Waris, and Faouzi were truly outstanding.  We LOVE WISA and look forward to enlisting them on a (long) list of upcoming projects.  Thank you, WISA, for making our dreams a reality.

We hired Wisa to finish our basement.  We chose the company after meeting with other companies and determining that Wisa's quality was high and pricing was competitive.  We also liked that it was a family business that used its own employees to perform the work.  We were pleased with the professionalism of their staff and appearance of their showroom in Springfield.  Wisa was able to provide input on fixture and design choices, and that was appreciated.  Throughout our project, we experienced strong communication and responsiveness both from the office staff and those working at our house each day.  Every Wisa employee we interacted with was friendly and respectful.  Wisa kept us informed of the project's status and promptly answered our questions as they arose.  In our view, what makes Wisa a five-star company is customer service, quality of workmanship, and a devotion to small details.  For example, we would have never thought of it ourselves, but Wisa made certain all the doors had door stops so that the doors would not damage the new walls.  It's a small thing, but we've asked around and many contractors do not include such things.  As another example, as the project was finishing up we noticed a few minor nicks in the new walls and minor defects in the paint job.  Before we said anything, Wisa had fixed them.  We saw one of the employees closely inspecting every inch of the project using the light on his smartphone to make certain the finished project met our expectations.  Ultimately, we have recommended Wisa to others, and we would not hesitate to work with Wisa on other home remodeling/renovating projects in the future.

The folks at WISA did some beautiful work finishing two rooms in our basement. From designing, to picking out flooring and paint colors, to installing electricity etc, everything was made easy for us. My wife was very pregnant at the time, and we both work, so we were very busy, but Waris, Fouzi, and their team were able to get everything done perfectly without us having to do anything. Our neighbors (on either side of the house) have seen the results and are now planning to finish their basements as well, and both asked me to put them in touch with WISA Solutions. We had 3 bathrooms remodeled from wall to wall (with a few walls being taken down to expand the space). Their expansion ideas were unlike others I received from 4 other contractors, and the price was lower by far (in one case 1/2 the price) than the rest. Here are the pros: 1) punctuality -- on time every day for 8 weeks within 5 minutes (work was supposed to take 10 weeks but finished in 8); 2) instant communication by email, text, and phone, 3) constant discussion with me about any problems, questions, and ideas; 4) NO increase in cost if there were unseen problems in the walls (which there were, of course); 5) professional and excellent help in selecting all products for the bathrooms from tile to countertops to fixtures, GORGEOUS cabinetry in their showroom to examine and choose from; 6) courtesy and excellence from all their employees.  As for the cons, I can't really think of any. There were some glitches and small problems that cropped up as the jobs went along, but that was normal and to be expected. By the end of the day, all problems were solved.  I would hire this company again in a heartbeat, and in fact, we HAVE hired them already to do more work outside the house in May. Look no further for your home remodeling needs -- you have come to the right place.

WISA Solutions is the only company I will ever work with! They came into our house and made it our home with all the details to make it truly original and beautiful that fits my family perfectly. The scope of work included an entire main floor remodel - removing walls to make it an open floor plan for a brand new kitchen, living room, and powder room. They installed new windows throughout the entire home, installed hardwood floors, removed the bay windows to add a sliding door and installed a brand new deck. They also completed major updates to the exterior, which included a new roof installation, moving the front porch and front garden bed made of brick. All of WISA's crew were polite, courteous, and treated our home as if it was their own. It was the same crew that arrived on time and cleaned up daily.
